SHIPPING

All items are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the order date at which point a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If you need your items sooner please email info@sascalstudio.com and we will work our hardest to speed up the delivery where possible. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. 

RETURNS

Please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you would like to contact us about your order please send an email to info@sascalstudio.com. 

VINTAGE ITEMS

Please note that some of the items we stock are vintage items and therefore may have marks consistent with ageing. For full information please see the items condition listed under each vintage item. Please email us at info@sascalstudio.com if you would like additional images.

PACKAGING

We try and use recyclable packaging wherever possible. All of our items are sent using eco bubble wrap, recycled paper protective wrapping and eco-craft paper made from 100% recycled paper.
